I lived and worked for 4 years in Gabon, (equatorial) Africa. I worked for U.S peace corps in 4 rural communities with the ( Banjabe, Bakawale, Fang, and Mbaka pygmies ).My connection with the people and the land is very profound and life long.
I feel that every human being born on our planet should have access to Water, Food and Housing. I feel it is a basic human right to have fresh water, good clean food, and a safe home to live in. The "Second Set of Rights" are, Health , Education, and Economy. There can be no health without good water, no education without health, and no economic means without all of these rights. I design and build systems that filter and recycle water, grow fish and vegetables, create power from solar and wind, and can run a computer or other systems.
I have been a a stone mason for 35 years. I worked in Gabon Africa building schools, gardens and wells. I lived and worked with a Fang Bwiti Nganga for 3 years.
I worked for the Hesperian Foundation at their Projimo Clinic in Sinaloa, Mexico. I worked as Videographer for the "Endanger Peoples Project" on a project in Sarawak , Malaysia., documenting human rights violations with the Penan Indians. Currently I am a bio system designer for Inka Biospheric Systems.
