Thais Barros is a member of the Youth Entrepreneurs Committee at FIESP (Federation of the Industries of the State of São Paulo) within the Corporate Social Responsibility Department and a volunteer in a non-governmental organization in the countryside of Sao Paulo named Lua Nova, which gives support to young mothers and children that are in vulnerable situations.
She has a bachelor degree in Business Administration from Mackenzie University in Sao Paulo and a certificate in Banking and Financial Services from Boston University. Her work experience started in a financial institution, Credibel, as a trainee in the credit department, and after graduating from Boston University, she worked as a Co-op in Corporate Governance at Wellington Management Company, LLP. She is currently working as an analyst of available resources allocation at a Brazilian family office named Tolvi.
