A Social Entrepreneur and Co-Founder of The TEN Project (with John Tattersall --see below), project Manager, online producer and digital strategy consultant, I have worked in ICT for almost 15 years.
I work on digital, IT, strategic, educational and community development projects of all sizes with diverse stakeholders from private, public and not-for-profit sectors. Over the past 15 years I have worked with artists, educators, young people and entrepreneurs; presented at conferences; researched and published on digital media; been an online moderator for Oxfam’s International Youth Parliament; worked as an ICT adviser for a remote indigenous community in Guatemala and sat on the National Steering Committee of MEGA, Australia's premier mobile innovation program.
I spent 3 years running a mentoring program for producers creating online games and other interactive services for the education and entertainment markets and produced The Writer's Guide to Making a Digital Living for the Australia Council for the Arts (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tRueQ1Q6NGA) and most recently was a Project Adviser for Australia's largest ever infrastructure project, the National Broadband Network.
My partner and co-Founder of The TEN Project is John Tattersall, a former TV writer for the BBC, maker of TV commercials and an award-winning cinematographer with seven EMMY nominations and 16 seasons on the US TV hit “Survivor”, the world's most successful reality TV strategy game and is featured in this trailer about The TEN Project - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tRueQ1Q6NGA.
