Jorginho (Jorge de Amorim Campos Oliveira) was part of the Brazilian Team that won the World Cup in 1994. He enjoyed a successful professional career playing for several clubs including the Brazilian clubs of America, Flamengo, Sao Paulo, Vasco da Gama and Fluminense as well as international clubs such as the German Bayer Leyerkusen, FC Bayern Munich and the Japanese Kashima Antlers.
In 1991 Jorginho received the FIFA Fairplay Award, as the world’s fairest player and the only Brazilian player ever to receive this honor.
As coach, he managed America and was voted Best Coach of the Carioca Championship by FERJ (Rio de Janeiro State Football Federation).
He is the founder and President of Instituto Bola Pra Frente and Technical Assistant of the Brazilian National Football Team.
He resides in Brazil with his wife, Cristina and four children (Laryssa, Vanessa, Daniel and Isabelly).
