I like the idea of organizing communities into a network that can serve individuals who don't have access to water, but I'm unclear on how these cases will be resolved. If a person complains about not having access, how will this organization help them gain access? Are you planning to work toward any large-scale resolutions of water access problems through government advocacy or are you thinking the organization will work toward small-scale solutions to individual problems?
I would be interested in hearing more concrete plans about the activities the network plans to carry out, and possibly an example or case study of a person who will be helped and how.
Good luck!

Hello Cesar,
I thought perhaps your idea was similar to that of what we call a "whistle blower" here in the United States...where people point out and identify the problems and who is creating or hiding the problems. One of my friends in China has been seeking inexpensive water testing kits which he wants to hand out to others so that a "map" of pollution can be created and the problems of corruption and hiding of responsibility can be noted to the public.
Does this make any sense to you?
Thanks,
