inuit stone sculpture

I have been an Inuit stone sculpter since the age of 3 or 5 and up to present. It has helped made me creative - an important aspect of innovation. I make figurines based on Inuit cultures, both historical and present.

Like me, other artists that I see here in Montreal need place a sculpt, a workshop, where elders and youths can work together. It would be great way to share different sides of the Inuit culture in art. Other Aboriginal Natives could also learn how to carve there as well, allowing an exchange of ideas and further creativity.

Besides financial donations and donated work space, ways to support a sculpture workshop and the arious artists include providing them with tools such as angle grinders with diamond blades, dremel with diamond bits, hand files, sand papers and polishers for the finishing touch
