This is an exciting entry. I appreciate the focus on learning with the fact that this is an example of an expansion project. It sounds like this was piloted in Zambia and now you are trying to implement it in Kenya.

I like the emphasis on using the teachers as a point of leverage. It sounds like your plan is to start with workshops. This sounds like a good idea but I wonder how often you have to run these workshops in order to have an impact. Is it a one-time deal? Or do you need to run multiple workshops? Also, do you run them throughout the school year?
