Public vs market driven models of sustainability
As organizations are looking to scale educational initiatives to a country or international level, does it make sense to pursue support from the government, to focus on a market driven approach, or to find the right combination of both? What do you see as the pros and cons of each path in regards to your work?

Before there can be a market driven system I think there should be a good public system in place, and the private sector can then measure itself on the public sector, as sort of of competition. This could serve as a quality control mechanism.
