Ifact we involve community 100/100 because these community health workers are given by the community to be trained how to manage health issues in the community and give guidlines on the best steps to up lift their health standerds.
About impact, we have a chalk board in every health center where there is community unit, and we record every data collected from the villages every month on issues like reverals, deliveries, children attending clinics and those who dont etc. So the anyone is free to go and read for himself and ask quastions. We also hold dialogue days after every three months so that we discuss together.
