Hi Sarah,
Our services can be available through a clinic but they travel to people also. To promote this project we can use journals and specify magazines (mothers magazines) and also through national maternal associations (they agree and promote midwifery care). Midwifery care in Portugal is a litle bit down but I think soon it will be grow up because many women start to want this kind of care.
