Jag tror på att alla människor kan vara en resurs - oavsett ålder, kön, etnisk bakgrund. Kommuner och länder borde uttnytja alla resurser som finns för att bidra till ett hålbart samhälle. I landet jag föddes var det inte mycket av sånt - barnen ses mer som en belastning. I Sveirge har man däremot goda möjligheter till att påverka som ungdom. Jag vill att vi unga ska ha en ännu större chans att påverka.

Kommuner måste ta in unga (18 - 24 år) rådgivare som ger sin synpunkt på saker. Många ungdomsfrågor löses utan att ungdomar får medverka - det är absurt, vi vet vad som är bäst för oss. Ungdomar kan även ge innovativa synpunkter i frågor som inte berör ungdomarna själva

30 ungdomar får ett jobb inom kommunen. De får ge sina synpunkter på samtliga beslut som tas, ideer, förslag mm.
