Changemakers are tradition breakers and they typically are not satisfied with the norm or what most people refer to as "the way it is". I am a changemaker because my conscience is not satisfied with the way things are in our world. I am willing to take the risk involved because the change involved is more important and powerful than any one person. The effect can be eternal and if only one life becomes better or one tradition gives way, the risk would have been worth it.
I would like for the crime rates to fall in our inner cities as a result of people, "all people everywhere" having an opportunity to express themselves. This is important because there are so many people who's life can be changed just by the ability to express themselves and have one person listen.
