Lori Hepner is an interdisciplinary artist who has been working through ideas of translation of code through performance, video, and photography since earning a B.F.A. in Fine Art Photography from Rochester Institute of Technology in 2003 and an M.F.A in Digital Media at Rhode Island School of Design in 2005.
Lori currently lives and works in the Brighton Heights neighborhood of Pittsburgh, PA. She enjoys crossing rivers to explore all of other great neighborhoods of the city and can often be found in the East End, Lawrenceville, Shadyside, and Carrick with the portable studio that is her laptop.
Lori holds the position of Assistant Professor of Integrative Arts at Penn State Greater Allegheny in McKeesport, PA, which lies just outside of the city of Pittsburgh.
