I want to see the citizen sector develop and share technology that can advance its goals in new and innovative ways. I believe that many parts of the this process are already out there, waiting to be assembled, and with a bit of well-placed guidance, we can create tools that fundamentally improve our lives, our effectiveness, and the way we work. We're making a lot of progress (look at this site!), but we still have a little way to go.

I am the director of the Changemakers technology team. When I'm not busy making sure that www.changemakers.com is running smoothly, I am working with my team to develop new products to add to Changemakers’ and Ashoka’s suite of online tools for sourcing and growing innovations. Prior to joining Ashoka, I spent more than fifteen years providing IT advice and support to a wide range of citizen sector organizations as both an employee and a consultant. I have made a lifelong occupation of being the person who helps develop and deploy new technology in organizations, and to this day I still get excited by the latest innovations in tech.
