I am Hayley, a University of Manchester graduate with plenty of marketing and customer service experience and a passion for the good things in life: helping to improve the world and helping others. I am an aspiring sustainable cafe and restaurant owner. Everything on offer will be organic, fair trade and vegan. I want to educate people in the ways of organic, sustainable living - starting with their diets and cooking/purchasing habits. Friends, couples, families and groups can come and join us for coffee and cakes - and also try their hand at preparing delicious tapas dishes - olives, mini vegan paellas, roasted vegetables, fried almonds, asparagus and more. The choice of dishes will change in line with seasonal vegetables, to utilise what is readily available locally. To avoid wasting ingredients and to help the homeless and hungry, I will donate any surplus to soup kitchens and other charities and projects which aid these people. I wish to base the first 'I Dream Organic' cafe in Berlin where rent prices are reasonable and the crowd receptive to such ventures - before expanding within Germany, the UK and other parts of Europe and the world.
