We provide accessible tours open to people with disability's. Our tours are wheelchair accessible, we provide nursing, we care qualified for people with mental disability.

Describe the degree of success you have had to date. I am able to make a living from my business for 6 months a year. I have brought many disabled travelers to places where they would never have got without my assistance.

In what ways are local residents actively involved in your work, including participation and community input? How has the community responded to or benefited from your approach?

We work closely together with many disabled organizations

How does your program promote traveler enthusiasm, satisfaction, and engagement with the locale?

Traveling should be a basic right for everybody we do the basic work.

Describe how your work helps travelers and local residents better understand the value of the area's cultural and natural heritage, and educates them on local environmental issues.

By bringing disabled travelers from Europe and the US to Asia we empower the local disabled community's self confidence.

All profits go back to the project. Potential losses are compensated by unpayed labor of myself and supporters.

Funds are needed to set up company structures in Asia and secure the salary of 3 stuff for 2 Years.

I am 36 years old and live half in Heidelberg Germany and half in Thailand. 1999 I founded RollOn Travel to provide accessible tours for disabled travelers.

What is the origin of your innovation? Tell the Changemakers and media communities what prompted you to start this initiative.

I am educated in Germany as social worker, I hold a German business degree and I am a passionate traveler. Mix all that and out comes what I am a specialized tour operator for disabled travelers.

What types of partnerships or professional development would be most beneficial in spreading your innovation?

We provide consulting for tour operators and Hotels who are interested to open up their services to disabled travelers.
