The Need: What problem are you trying to solve?
The rampant need for Person's with Disability to gain access to a decent job is what I am trying to solve.But because of poverty,lack of Government support a lot of talented PWDs could not work.
All over the world we are faced of lots of opportunities waiting to alleviate povert,improve the Human Soul and help satisfy the mind.
by creating a system that can teach PWDs have their own way of earning and give them access is the goal of this project.Online Collaboration by creating a Skills Institute that can help alleviate the level of each PWD.All types of skills will be enhance through a simple system of collaboration.By creating a system online that can create jobs and makes jobs.Task present combining the Call center concept and the Online teaching styles of approaches.
The Solution: What is your solution? Be specific!
Setting up a Skills Institute manned by PWDs and will give PWDs work.The Skills institute is an online colaboration using an open source technology.The Concept on this is based on the knowledged gained through the job as Overseas Manager of an Online Taiwan School.
Such approach can be enhanced and can be done for the advantage of PWDs.There is a need to start training with What we call Personality Development so that they will gain Self-Confidence,after that they will be categorized to the skills they have and assigned them task from data encoder,research,captioning or more.
If we can create a need for such skills we can continue others to do the same.Such concept is so simple and cost effecient.Online collaboration has been very effective.If we can set up this skills institute all PWDs will have a ssense of belongingness underneath thei concept is also creating a talent agency that can help singing,dancing and others talents of PWDs all over the world..

it has not impacted anything yet ,but by hiring PWDS IN MY ONLINE SCHOOL ,I BELIEVE THERE ARE MORE TO IT.

Institute on Disability and Public Policy for the ASEAN Region (IDPP)
Ms. Della Leonor
I just completed my one-month internship at APCD. My main
task was to work with APCD on the real time captioning
system development. It was great for me as an intern at
APCD to learn about disability and the policy formulation
process at the international level. Particularly, it was good
that I could contribute towards information accessibility for the
meeting at the United Nations ESCAP. I hope that such
opportunities will be provided to more persons with disabilities,
to demonstrate our capabilities.
