What makes your approach innovative?

Presenting the argument via tele-media, with the visual representation of realities should sink in the salience of the issues.

Describe Your Idea

A 60 minute edutainment/documovie that focus on the impact of genetically modified food in the lives of poor families in Sub Saharan Africa, as seen through the eyes of young people in the region, and their courageous efforts to halt its prevalence.

How will you sustain your solution?

The project is intended to spur young people to form youth action groups in their respective educational institutions. These club-like formations would be at the vanguard of a reorientation process, replicated as voluntary organizations, it should be able to sustain itself by individual contributions and resources from entrepreneural projects (e.g. production and marketing of further docu-movies, sale of anti-GMO comic magazines, etc).

What will be the impact of your solution?

1. Increased awareness on the irrelevance of GMO.
2. Healthy activism against pro GMO state policies.
3. Healthier humanity.
4. Healthier environment.
