Looking for a website manager for a social and environmental project

Want to change the world?
We are looking for people in various countries around the world, in order to operate and manage a new social web venture in their country.
We require a man/woman with the following qualities:

* A person with a desire and the ability to learn new things and to develop himself.
* Has an inner desire to influence the world, both socially and environmentally.
* Desires to be independent and self-employed (“his own boss”).
* Uses the Internet frequently, and knows how to work with it.
* Speaks, reads and writes English fluently.
* Was born and lived for at least 15 years in the country in question.
* Supports global peace.
* Has good interpersonal communication capabilities.
* Is able to invest around 20 hours a week for the first stage of the establishment.
