Ending global violence: Preventing exposure of children to violence.
Location
Violence is a learnt behavior and dominant adult behavior is formed in the early childhood. The only way to rid the globe of violence is to prevent the next generation of children from having exposure to violence.
This is a formidable venture that will have to cut across all spheres of life, working slowly but surely to set up systems that deter people from acting violently.
An example is to make it criminal for parents to fight in the presence of children;or for anyone to declare civil war;or for capital punishment to be publicly viewable. or for school children to undergo corporal punishment by the use of the cane.Mob justice would lead to mass arrests.
Our objective would be to create a world that any perpetrator of violence, even in the privacy of one's home, would have much reason to fear.A world in which anyone would avoid building weapons of mass destruction.
We look to a time when violent people will be required to enter into programs of behavioral change. We launch an anti violence campaign and with millions of supporters condemn every form of violence.
