resources available to young entrepreneurs?

Hi everyone!

I'm trying to compile a list of all the resources available to young entreprenuers who need less than $5,000 of funding for a community-based project.  Ashoka is available (but extremely competitive and unrealistic if their project idea is small).  What else is out there?
