The winner of the UK prize is:
Born to succeed will Increase the number of Muslim women in sport through training and competing against girls of all backgrounds to bring equality through sport
Five basketball teams and two futsal teams will be created by the end of the project. In addition to this, over 300 women will be involved in sport for the long term. The main beneficiaries will be Muslim women but the tournament and leagues that will be set up will ensure that women of all backgrounds and faiths will be able to come together and compete in an environment that will encourage harmony and understanding.
