We offer an experiential method of counseling using horses and clients in an activity based cousneling session. The equine Specialist along with the Licensed PRofessional Counseling facilitate the session which proves to be effective in a 5 or 6 hours of counseling time. Much less than traditional counseling. Young people need us to be innovative and provide new and exciting hands on experiences which can then be evaluated and reflect their real lives.
I think it is great what you are doing with horses, and helping children in a theraputic modality!! In urban settings, although it is more difficult, adults who work with children, should give them the opportunity to care for, or spend time with, animals, so that they can develop their sense of nurturing!
Especially boys who raise their dogs to fight, as Michael Vick. Too many of these teenagers will grow up without the nurturance that is needed to carry on violence free relationships!!

The relationship failures in almost all sectors. The incomparable Mother and son/daughter relationship is also affected. Parent Vs Children, Management Vs Workers, Husband Vs Wife, Brother Vs Sister, Pastor Vs Congregation, Government Staff Vs General Public, Police Vs Others, Teachers Vs students, etc are not maintained in order. But the negative aspects of relationship like Police Vs Criminals, Politicians Vs Criminals, etc are in strong relationship. What is the cause? 1) Nowadays, the relationship among family members often broken due to small misunderstanding. 2) Possessiveness is the main cause for broken ladies. 3) Ego is one among the reason for all. 4) Eastern culture like smoking and drinking liquor is one more reason 5) Expecting only positive actions in their life. 6) Exaggerating the beauty or handsome.Last but least is 7) Lack of Finance to run day to day life is undoubtedly the main cause. Ten Keys to Good Parenting:1. Have an affectionate and affirming relationship.2. Be open communicators.3. Communicate clearly and specifically about sex.4. Be a good role model.5. Stay tuned in to their world.6. Pray for your children and yourself.7. Correct your son/daughter, and he/she will give you rest, yes he/she will give delight to your soul.8. Teach the success of life by means of Healthy Body & Mind.9. Practice the children to read morality of life in BIBLE- Best Instruction Before Leaving Earth or any Ethical Religious books.10. CERTAINLY, MANY CHILDREN USE THEIR INNER-VOICE IN A NEGATIVE MANNER, AS A RESULT OF BREAKS IN RELATIONSHIPS AMONG FAMILY, FRIENDS, AND SCHOOL. THAT IS WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO DEVELOP PROJECTS THAT HELP CHILDREN LEARN ABOUT THEIR INNER VOICE, HOW IT WORKS IN THEIR LIFE, AND HOW TO USE IT TO GUIDE THEM IN A POSITIVE AND PEACEFUL DIRECTION!
