Simple movements to facilitate the small muscles which normally do not use till they are engaged and then involve the other muscles. Whole body approach to engage with movements to keep joints flexible and aligned to prepare for the task at hand. May be done before work and at breaks in just 7 min., train your own staff so very cost effective. Train the trainer with consultation and presentation to show the need and provide 7 min. DVD to implement with staff, follow up 3-4 times a year if needed. For wellness programs in workplaces, ex. factories/offices.
Currently doing Forever Fit with the elderly in an independent center and they have improved with a check sheet on balance in 3 months. They do 20 min. sitting in chair and 5 min. standing to keep flexible and active.
The Marketplace: Who are your peers and competitors? Identify others also working to address the needs you are and what differentiates you from them. What challenges could these players pose to your success or growth?
Wellness programs for workplaces, Fit for Work, many use bootcamps and other programs which may be too intense for the lay person or not so athletic type.
Fit The Body For The Day prepares the body for the task so can do the more aggressive movements.
No equipment needed and very cost-effective, use your own body to keep flexible and balanced for more challenge, keeps them more involved when less pain. Facilitates weight loss, improves morale and motivates for healthy behaviors.
