PRACTICAL ORIENTED/REINFORCED EDUCATIONAL CURRICULUM

Going with the trend at which secondary Education is going in Nigeria and Africa as a whole, we have tillted our educational partern to theory minded and has long has been tied with the old and unimproved educational curriculum for decades.
Hence the idea of A prectical oriented/ reinforced educational curriculum, will encourage and encorcate practical works by giving it its prefered portion of time and embracement in our secondary education curriculla and or however, by provision of a few number of technical secondary schools, where the major aim will be focused on impacting the handiwork into a student of which will ipmrove his or her skills needed for future employment. Therefore encouraging practicals by provision of rooms for practical in every subject the requires it such as Physics practicals, Chemistry practicals, Biology practicals ETC.And encouraging the Teachers to make sure the students embrace it in all secondary shoolc will be a very powerful tool in enhancing secondary education for skills, even when the student stops at secondary educational level.

Hence Reinforcement of the Current educational Curriculla is of a paramount need.By allowing allowing secondary school Students to make Informed Decision on their branch of study i.e (art or sciences) through helping the student to make the choice on the subjects they wish focus in time by the means of a Guidance councelors based on the students Past ans continuous assesment and on going assesment( talent Hunt Oriented secondary schools) will be included in all secondary school curricullum of which will enourmously benefit our secondary education skill enhancement. In the same thought of reinforcing the Secondary Schools Educational Curriculum, the study guidlines, through encouraging Group discussion, debates, interschool quize competition , will help these students identify, there areas of weaknesses and strenght as well. hence allowing those who can not cope with personal study inprovements to compensate with group discussions and quizes, which will give the the sence of Goal pursuit and howerver, exposing all the students in all our secondary schools to their entire curriculum and which will allow these students to gain and obtain as much as possible, the required ssecondary shool educational contents, will Enhance their skills in a powerful ways.
Teacher Training inclusive educational curriculum, by organizing Traings of various Inportance for the Secondary school Teachers and emphasizing on the neeed for devotion , teching timing, in class and out of class observation of the secondary school students which will enhance TEACHER-STUDENT RELATIONSHIP, which will give the student sense of belonging and relaxed secured environment for study and knowledge assimilation of which plays a very vital role in future preparation for employments and human life as a whole. Continous training of secondary school teachers, in the most mordern knowledge and teaching skills, notification of upgrade in the teching field and volume of work, will enhance the teachers knowledge and hereby perve the way for the Secondary school students to acquire the most mordern and up to date education and knowlede and hence make the live to their peers in other geographycal areas. Teacher traing too, helps the teachers to learn how to also impact knowledge in a student.
TEACHING TIMETABLE- Provision of secondary school teachin timetable and enforcing its utilization in alll secondary Schools in African will help the student to make a prior in-class learning preparation and hence allow the students to get ready for studies in time and however improve their mental alartness and readiness for learning.
To this end, the if our secondary school are made to be Practical Oriented and also reinforce the educational curriculum, the rate of Secondary Education skill enhancement will be enamous and will inturn boost the employment level among Secondary shool Leavers in Africa and Nigeria at Large.

The problem Lies on the Issue that most of our secondary schools tend to be installed into the trend of theory based edudation , which make our student obtain only but shallow knowlede and skills as well, making our secondary School Graduates lack the basic skills needed for future employment.
Hence this Practical Oriented /reinforced Educational curriculum will adress the baseline problem of the means of skill acquisition through Practical solutions and reinforcing our educational curriculum to include both the Student ans the Teachers improvement in such a way that it allows the Students to be practice oriented and however expose the Teachers to the most Mordern means of Teachin the Student and Impacting knowledge in them, and hence encourage secondary education skill enhancement by the rate of 75% of implementation of this innovation.

Practical works in the secondary school makes a very big differences in the skill and knowledge acquisition of students in various secondary school. In a Biology class where students are informed of theory through text books and various references, they only believe in this based on the fact that the teacher is standing infront of them and illustrating it and tends to forget once the teacher leave their presence. Howerve when students are taking into a lab to practically handle specimens, see reactions take place and however memoriza the stages of each occurances, these students performs brighter at the rate of 84% improvement to 30% that any other group of students who tends to relly ony on the theory aspect of their teacher
Use of Time table as a Model however has proved to be a very great source of skill acqisition at 82% performance level compered to that of student who base on on spot teaching experience at whatever is available to the teachers disposal.

Basically all the stateholders in varu=ious parastatals are working very hard in tryiny to ensure that we have a beetr Secondary Education In THIS GEOGRAPHYCAL AREA, but hence, My innovation is quite a Unique one to theirs because , mine is a way to bring both the students and the Teachers into the Educational Plan and hence encourage each party through various means to do His or her own part of work and it is solution oriented and have less to spend except human management. onlike other who focuses on the school knowledge without baseline activities that strenghens the educational partern.
However I stringly believe that there is no challenge these players will pose to this innovation if the neccesary resources for it's attainment is provided.
