The PFPPA offers "Centers of Excellence", which integrate clinical health services with access to knowledge on reproductive body functions and sexuality for women. In addition to offering guidance and advice to women on how to deal with domestic violence, and assist in building their self esteem through improved knowledge about their sexual and reproductive health rights, and male involvement in these issues. These centers are also be used to offer training services for health providers of other organizations.

This projects aims to empower women addressing all aspects of Palestinian Women and Palestinian Families family planning and reproductive health in many communities of the Occupied Palestinian Territories. PFPPA targets low income groups and women refugees. In order to address the problem of the low awareness and use of contraceptive methods and the unsafe abortion, it combines political advocacy with community family planning services and information, education and communication activities.
