Women’s Dignity seeks to enable citizens - particularly marginalized girls and women – to realize their basic right to health. They support citizens to access and use information to promote their rights; to influence greater equity in the allocation of public resources; and to monitor if policies, programs and services are making a difference in the lives of vulnerable people. They hold a particular commitment to ensuring the dignity and rights of girls and women living with obstetric fistula.

Reason:
Despite being a small local organization, they have made massive changes in Tanzania in terms of women's health in a very short amount of time. They've created a strong relationship with the communities in which they work and continue to tackle large women's health issues from a grassroots level while incorporating the involvment of the local government as much as possible to ensure sustainability.
