What change do you want to bring to the world?

What are the primary activities of your project?
training expectant couples the basic physiology behind pregnancy,development of the fetus at various stages of pregnancy in brief,importance of diet,commonly available food sources to ensure sufficient nutritional inflow even in low income groups,foods which need to be avoided, yoga and other simple exercises to be practiced,meditation techniques which will reduce the side effect of stress,power of positive thinking and how to inculcate the habit,labor process and preparation for labor,breast feeding techniques,basic infant care methods-dos and don'ts, womb talk technique which encourages the mother to speak to the unborn baby in her womb-this has a beneficial effect on the social,emotional,mental and physical development of the fetus which can be noticed in the future.modern scientific research is still on and the initial proving are positive for this concept.it is a common knowledge that a mother who is under enormous stress has higher chances to have babies with congenital anomalies or behavior anomalies in later life so this concept will try and remove those negative influences on the fetus.a mentally emotional physically healthy baby gives a healthy society in the future.
Along with the beneficial effect on the society this concept will generate funds to the person running the show.It is our intention to train the trainers and help them establish themselves as successful entrepreneurs will bringing a positive and productive change in the society.
we intend to include the following topics:-
basic anatomy physiology of the male and female reproductive system
physiology of fertilization,pregnancy and labor.
stages of labor and tips to handle the stages effectively
breastfeeding technique and advantages
womb talk when the lady is pregnant
exercises before during and after pregnancy
meditation for the pregnant lady
use of flash cards and dot cards on the new born infant
power of intention
low of attraction
say and do technique post pregnancy
sleep talk post pregnancy
diet and nutrition during and after pregnancy
hygiene maintenance of the mother, baby and surroundings
etc
the franchisee will be given training for a period of three months after which there will be regular training activities which will refresh their learning and keep them up to date.the participant will pay a fee for learning the above topics which will b generating the fund to maintain the institute.
I want the project to reach every village of the country where the people suffer from improper knowledge about how to handle the situation.this might sound outlandish for a westerner but a typical male in India will know nothing about the process of pregnancy and the turmoil the lady undergoes to bring forth his child.even many of the mothers are ignorant about what their body is signaling to them during pregnancy because of which they put their and their child's life in danger.with this project I believe we can reduce the infant and maternal mortality rate.
What is innovative about your initiative? How is it a new contribution to the field?
the innovation is in the clubbing together of modern medicine,ancient vedic principles and art of living under one flag.
Positive thinking has been proven to be beneficial to the person who practice it so the idea is to have the benefit given to the mother and the infant.womb talk is to be propagated in the media and through the franchisees and it will bring about a better bonding of the mother and the baby.this will reduce infant mortality rate and maternal mortality rate in the society, female infanticide which is widely prevalent in india will be reduced as the bonding between the parents and the baby is much higher, the female child will be nourished on par with male child due to the higher bonding.
the IQ levels of the children who are taken care of by their parents is much higher than those who are not, this project encourages parental care from pre pregnancy stage.
there are few people who are delivering such classes since many years but it did not reach the target group due to lack of scientific acceptability,inability to apply to modern life or lack of financial feasibility to the person advocating and training the couple.My project has removed all of the above hurdles.By involving housewives,retired people,semi literate men and women we can increase the quality of life for the people who take the franchise,in a country where the population is high and few jobs,creating jobs will release the pressure on the society reducing criminals.

I intend to launch this concept in India first and then modified versions in other countries.India is a country of extremes where communal harmony among many religions can be seen and communal riot are a common place,we are the growing hub for healthcare outsourcing while many Indians are dying for lack of adequate healthcare.we pray to the mother goddess for blessings and prosperity while a female child is murdered at birth,a democracy where votes are based on the caste of the person,a free country where certain castes/religions have a reservation in everything from jobs to education,we respect the rivers as divine and we pollute them beyond repair.so wide is the contrast that one would be old fashioned if they talk of Vedas and they have no respect to culture if they talk science.I am trying to balance both in my project.My project brings two contrasting features- financial worthiness and social service, together to ensure a better tomorrow for the society,franchisee and franchisor.
Share the story of the founder and what inspired the founder to start this project
I have the privilege of being the founder of this concept,I was born in a village and am spending a better part of my time now in the urban chaos.I have the advantage of being a Homoeopathic medical graduate which helped me think beyond the normal modern medicinal practices where anything not in the textbook or journal.I was intrigued to see the statistics that more number of children were wearing glasses today than ever before,more number of children were suffering from congenital disease than ever before,so on and so forth but all this in spite of the advancing medical knowledge and treatment methods,why? where are we going TERRIBLE WRONG?
my answer came when i was casually going through vedic principles, vedas of India are in reality the ideal practices which a person should follow to ensure optimum health but they were adopted for a society eons ago.
I started understanding the reality of a principle and then tried to modify it according to the modern society without compromise in the nature of the principle which are universal and evergreen.
I read various books,attended many classes in a variety of systems and ideologies before arriving to my concept.I have implemented some of the parts as a trial to some pregnant ladies and the result was very positive so I am planning to introduce the first training centre in visakhapatnam very soon and after successful implementation I will launch the franchise model of this concept to the open market.I am achieving great satisfaction when i teach theses principles to the people when they see the benefits after pregnancy.

conduct one training activity in any corporate or government hospital once a week, this will increase the awareness among the common people about the requirement of such training.

identify 3 villages where this concept can be launched by training interested and ideal candidate so the concept reaches to the masses.

identify 4 cities where the concept can ideally be launched and what would be the ideal turn around time for the franchisee will be caliculated

12 months from the start of the first centre we need to have atleast 4 franchisees in cities and 8 franchisees in the rural side.

aggressive marketing from the main centre buy frenquent press coverage highlighting the requirement of the concept and the benefits to the society

even literates in the country don't have knowledge about pregnancy and blindly follow or ignore signs we will change that by educating them about everything about pregnancy
Modern man is rushing through his life without concern about health and hygiene the same applies to villagers also,by educating them about their lifestyle and its side effects there will be a positive change.
indian culture restricts widows,women in gerneral, retired people etc to do actively participate in the developlment of the societ and there by restricts their freedom, many women are ignorant of their rights in life due to these norms, by training them the techniques of the project we can make them independent and aware, which is the progressive way up for the society.
