The Model: Walk us through a specific example of how your solution makes a difference; include your primary activities
The presentation runs for 60 minutes. In the first 30 minutes, we present a theatrical performance that is sub-divided into four skits. The first one introduces the issue of bullying -its prevention and awareness. The other three deal with the daily lives of students in the classroom, role-playing bullying situations, in a playful manner, and one of the "possible solutions" for each case. In the last half hour, Mar' Junior facilitates a debate with students and teachers, telling stories of his own experience both experiencing and practicing bullying, as well as soliciting the experiences of student and teacher involvement at school and in other situations.
The Marketplace: Who are your peers and competitors? Identify others also working to address the needs you are and what differentiates you from them. What challenges could these players pose to your success or growth?
We are pioneers in this space. We have been working since 2004. In my understanding there is no other organization that does the same project in Brazil.

What has been the impact of your solution to date?
The play BULLYING has been presented several times, and more than 100,000 spectators have attended. After the show, the audience can better understand what bullying is, and is more able to differentiate a harmless joke from an act of violence.
What is your projected impact over the next 1-3 years?
This year, we believe we will reach 200,000 people attending the play. Over the next three years, we plan to reach 500,000 students.

Founding Story: We want to hear about your "Aha!" moment. Share the story of where and when the founder(s) saw this solution's potential to change the world [125 words]
In 2003, Mar’ Junior heard the term “bullying” for the first time and when he researched it, he discovered that he had suffered from and practiced bullying. In the autobiography “ BULLYING- I Suffered. I Practiced. And Now I Raise Awareness”, the author shares experiences from his childhood and adolescence, when he suffered bullying at home, in the street and in school. And, in an unfortunate twist, began practicing this violence until the age of 23, when he discovered he would be a father. The love that made him realize that he needed to stop is the same love that, in 2003, made him realize he needed to raise awareness.
