The Need: What problem are you trying to solve?
Usualmente las personas, especialmente las mujeres en mi país, tienen acceso a Internet y a computadoras, pero el problema es que muchas veces no se animan a utilizarlas debido a la dificultad de uso de las mismas, el uso de los programas que si bien son amigables, muchas veces no pueden acceder a ayuda para el uso de las mismas, a través de la ayuda de los programas en muchas ocasiones se incluye información complicada de entender y al final no logran tener un uso efectivo de las computadoras por falta de información clara y disponible.

Una alternativa de ayuda a través de un programa que pueda guiar a la persona en el uso de los distintos programas y pueda ayudar en los distintos programas, simplificando el uso de texto y aprovechando el uso de imágenes e imágenes dinámicas para la explicación detallada de pasos.

A través de una aplicación única dentro del sistema que este disponible en todo momento para la ayuda de programas fundamentales y uso de sistema. Evitando el múltiple uso de ayudas de cada programa y de búsqueda de ayuda en Internet. Un botón en la parte inferior que permita acceder a una ayuda común para todo. De modo que cuando una persona tenga un problema o necesite algo dentro del sistema realice la búsqueda a través de ese botón y la ayuda este disponible a través de imágenes y en su idioma.

Esto surgió debido a mi observación del entorno, debido a que las personas en muchas ocasiones me pidieron ayuda a pesar de que tenían ayuda del Internet o de libros porque afirmaban que las mismas eran demasiado confusas. Por lo cual comencé a pensar la mejor forma de hacer mas amigable la computadora de modo que tengan información fácil de entender y fácil de acceder.
