Transforming Hostility to Harmony (H2H) by Identifying and Refining Talents/Strengths of Honest Concerned Citizens

The communities that need transforming H2H can be found in countries that are “developed” and “developing”, and those in conflict and post conflict.

If we ponder a moment, we would see that it is the specialists and consultants that are “Experienced” and “Educated” or those that emerge that need to be sensitized to refine their thinking patterns, become 100% honest and be coached to join together, learn from each other to resolve the issues facing the world.

Since 1998, I have been working in conflict areas and communities in post conflict, and have seen “Re-inventors of strategies and methodologies” seeking work, needing to maintain their positions or to shine, delaying the process of enabling the creation of harmony and sustained development.

The submission I make is to broadcast the successes I have had in four countries, in identifying, refining and using the Talents/Strengths of 100% honest and concerned citizens to form local networks/ CCC (Concerned Citizens Committees) and the manner they recovered and stabilized communities in their areas, and to establish a worldwide network of 100% honest and concerned citizens.

I will contact media all around the world to publish the success stories of the concerned citizens I worked with, in all newspapers. The first Priority is to transform H2H (Hostility to Harmony) in communities harboring past hurts by visualizing the manner “Everyone needs everyone else for communities and businesses to thrive”.

I will expose the manner dis-harmony, poverty and destitution are kept in place in order that the world’s rich become richer, and some development oriented organizations wish to grow. I will also broadcast the manner development and humanitarian workers could accelerate the arrival of H2H by identifying, refining and using the Talents/Strengths of concerned community leaders.
