is it possible to eradicate child labour in countries like nepal, india or other asian countries where millions of family depend on the earnings by so called children below 18 or 16 years of age. worked for 2 years in field of human rights and child rights as a trainee in Ngo's of nepal.i found child labour can be managed not eliminated. so programs should be focused for management of child labour that is to reduce exploitation, providing Flexible Classes for working children, Child Development  Bank for Working children as was in my Agency which was effective for working children.
