Build a "green bridge" across major rivers. Consists of large platform housing recreation (tennis, basketball, mini golf, weight room, yoga), restaurants, local culture museums, art shows, water park, etc. Under bridge/platform will be sets of water turbines to provide power for the structures along with a water filtration system. Floors of buildings will have receptors to capture the energy from foot traffic which will also help power the facility.
