Impact

What impact have you had?

Special children are highly respected in the community for the work that they have done in producing their own food. Also, other schools and persons in the community have been inspired to create gardens of their own.

Problem

We are helping special children find their niche in society. We are sensitizing others that special children have something to offer.

Actions

We continuously invite others from the community to come and see what our children are doing to sustain the environment and to help feed others in their immediate sphere of influence. So we always have a steady stream of school children and civic minded persons coming to see how our garden grows.

Results

We hope more and more persons will join the campaign to develop school and home gardens. We anticipate policy makers joining this campaign and providing the wherewithal to others to grow green in efficient and economically sustainable ways. We hope that they will draw from the example of what special children have already done so successfully.
