Bright China Foundation (BCF) is established by Hong Kong Bright China Social Enterprise Group Ltd. and was registered in Beijing in April of 2005.

BCF is dedicated to spread entrepreneurship education in China and disseminate Mr. Peter F. Drucker’s theories and thoughts on NPO management. Our main philanthropy activities include Entrepreneurship Education Program and NPO’s Drucker Management Learning Society. These programs are already implemented in Beijing, Shanghai, Sichuan, Shaanxi,Yunan and Guizhou,etc.
