Prize: 10 innovators will receive 8 weeks of pro-bono consulting support from American Express executives and the opportunity to compete for one of four seed grants between $5,000-10,000.

Prize: $10,000 awarded to an innovation that is focused on nutrition or food access in the United States.
Prize: One innovator will be awarded a $10,000 cash prize.
Prize: $20,000 in solar lighting from Solar Outdoor Lighting (including all shipping costs) awarded to one or more innovators.

Prize: Three innovators receive a full scholarship for the first-ever online certificate course on the role of technology in social entrepreneurship “Technology, Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship.” Each scholarship is worth $495. An additional three innovators received the reduced price of $445 for the course (a 10% discount).
Prize: 12 sessions of executive coaching spanning 6 months, awarded to 1 innovator, and valued at $4,200.
Prize: Projects creating impact in British Columbia win more than $250,000 in funding.
Prize: The top solution wins the grand prize of US$100,000.
Prize: Four US$10,000 cash prizes in unrestricted funding. A technology donation to optimize performance and scale operations from SAP. The opportunity to discuss your solution at the SAP SAPPHIRE NOW Conference in Madrid, Spain from November 13-15, 2012.
Prize: Three winners receive $10,000 in unrestricted funding to boost their project. This competition was open to solutions from around the world, with special consideration for innovations developed for women by women aged 18 to 34.

Prize: 10 innovators received a 6-month executive coaching program (12 virtual sessions) that expands their leadership effectiveness. One group dedicated to 5 innovators working in Health in Africa or Asia and the other to 5 innovators working in Green Technology in the United States.
Winners: Yuwa: Kicking It New School, Improving the Quality and Relevance of Middle School in Senegal, IT Training for Youth with Disabilities, and Multi-Skill Vocational Training and Entrepreneurship Development as Part of Secondary Education.
Prize: Two top winners received one prize of $10,000 each, and a third-place winner received a $5,000 prize. Winning entrants had the chance to be featured in a live online chat hosted by Mattel’s “Dr. of Play,” Dr. Michael Shore.
