It sounds a good idea when you mention the economic component of its project. I´d like to ask you to describe how football can play a role in people´s lives to affect social change, besides econonic aspects? How do you see people´s development, the social legacy through its football chain?

as we know football is the most famous sport and entertaiment in the world. And every country and community can use football as the key of social changes. In mmy ideas i wrote that football definitely effect countries economic status. And with this status we can change social life.
In addition :
1) football is gather people together - exactly every weeekend people together watching football. And every weekend people from all over world(chinese, african, european, america and.) meet each other and create relations.And it will somewhat hinder to conflicts between people from different cultures and countries. Also goverment can use this method and every weekend can demonstrate some lotteries for people that spare their time at football stadiums. They can win homes, car, mobile phones and etc. And it will create connection between goverment and people.
2)social changes through football - in education. Education is the power. And every country can legislate some project throgh football about education - developing education.
For example - if someone non educated he will give full ticket money to watch his lovely teams match. If someone in high school level person he pays 95%, undergraduated pays 90% percentage, graduated pays 85% and post graduated pays 78% to ticket. And it will oblige people to study better in the future.
3)and also through football we can change behaviors.
