I would like to know more how you think you would attract girls to play football that it is mainly accepted as a sport for men. Is that different in your region?
Another question, once the girls are participating in the project, how are you planning to raise awareness about HIV/AIDS? Are there workshops?
Have you seen the competition about ideas to stop violence against women? Are you planing to establish a partnership with women's rights organisation or does your organisation have a women's rights department?
Thanks so much for reading through my idea and to post a comment. To respond to your question, This project will be implemented in partnership with the District Sports Officer and in conjunction with the Regional AIDS Control Committee, and regional Delegations of Gender, Sport and Social Welfare and some women led common iniatiative Groups and sport academies.
As concern the second question, Football provides a unique opportunity to raise awareness among young girls and the community at large since most people will be interested to see girls playing football. In cameroon it quit fun and it attracts alot of people from the communities. During training, coaches will lead discussions about HIV/AIDS. During tournaments, the opening/concluding remarks and half-time will be used to raise awareness about HIV/AIDS among the public.
We will work closely with Groups led by women. The women groups will be responsible for mobilizing the girls for the project and establishing the teams. Volunteers mobilized from schools and girls friendly centre will also assist in the project.

All the best luck,
