It's a really interesting idea to connect mental health with physical health. Studies show that there indeed is a connection - exactly what it is is yet to be determined, but we do know that individuals in good physical health, who exercise regularly, eat well, and sleep well are often those with better mental health. I would love to see the connection between malnutrition and mental health more explained here, or at least how you as Changemaker see the connection? In your community and with the students you work, have you seen a strong connection between proper nutrition, being involved in promoting proper nutrition, and mental health?
