Stories and tangibles are the absolute most powerful way to get sensitive information and teaching across. This seems to be an innovative idea that really reaches young people. I'm curious as to how you've worked with students in the past? How deep is the relationship with SADD? Students have more creativity than we generally give them credit for, so I'd love to see how you can further engage them in the work you are doing as you do it.
Also, have you been able to follow up with students a few years down the line to determine how TRIS has actually impacted his/her drinking and smoking? Is there an age that tends to respond better to this program than others? All of these are questions that would be valuable to test with the programming you are doing. Overall however, kudos to you and best of luck!
