Inadequate access to the four factors of production for example capital,land,labor and entrepreneurs. This can be explained below:
1) Inaccessibility to capital.
This is a result of the high levels of poverty yet there are many capital providers such as money-lenders, micro-finance institutions, banks and investors.
2) Under-utilization of Land.
Huge chunks of land are available yet under-utilized due to the fact that many people are not aware of the available land.
3) Under-utilization of Labor.
There are many graduates as well as people willing to provide manual labor(man-power).
4) Inaccessibility to entrepreneurs.
There are many entrepreneurs available but can not easily be accessed due to limited direct contact to them via the internet.

The @house mobile app provides access to the four factors of production to an individual looking forward to start producing goods and services. The mobile app integrates the factors mentioned above on a single interface for easy access by producers(individuals starting production of goods and services) and their service providers(those that provide capital,land,labor and entrepreneurship).

The @house mobile app can accessed at http://www.maketeconsults.com/athouse.
The app is compatible across all mobile platforms(smartphones,Symbian phones etc).
We developed the mobile app to solve these economic problems using jquery mobile technology. The development model to be used shall be incremental model which delivers software in small but usable pieces; each piece builds on pieces already delivered.

Actually, many service providers tend to focus on one factor of production without considering others. This creates an imbalance of access to capital,land,labor and entrepreneurs with in the population that tries to start producing goods and services.
This time, its gonna be different. Our mobile app intends to go "GLOBAL". Trust me, many people are going to get rich in the shortest time possible, with all the factors of production in their handsets. Access will be no option.

I founded @house in November 2011 in a bid to help Ugandans access capital,land,labor and entrepreneurs, due to the high levels of poverty with in the country.
The solution was selected in may 2012 to compete in the regional finals of the Microsoft imagine cup competition for east and southern Africa .

-The impoverished communities around the globe looking forward to start production.
-Graduates looking forward to start up businesses on their own.
-Able bodied men and women looking forward to provide manual labor. -Undergraduates seeking entrepreneurship skills and advice so as to realize their full potential, in-case they cant afford university or further studies.

The solution will work in all low developed countries(L DC's) around the globe as well as emerging world economies like India with a big population but low income per capita.

Economies of L DC's will pass through the three stages of development mentioned below
1)They will first be factor driven i.e relying solely on their basic resources(factors like capital,land,labor and entrepreneurs).
2)Secondly, the economies will be efficiency driven i.e businesses shall thrive and barriers preventing them from operating on normal profits shall be minimised.
3)Thirdly, they will be innovation driven i.e the extent by which the basic areas in transacting business shall be covered and what remains is creating new channels for business improvements.
O que tiveram que mudar para fazer isso acontecer?
Economic reforms shall shift from heavy expenditures in supporting the private sector on a "lame" basis(not reaching all sectors of the economy such as the informal sector where majority of people living in L DC's fall) to realizing the countries full potentials in production of goods and services i.e funding programs that ensure prosperity for all.

The was picked for software business incubation purposes at the college of computing and information sciences in makerere university Kampala(Uganda) to ensure that it reaches a wider market in terms of usability and sustainability through the internet, without cyber attacks.

We hope to transform millions of lives over the few years in terms of starting up businesses and eradicating unemployment rates in the world.
