Une Option de Plus has been awarded by The French League of Teaching (La Ligue de l’enseignement) to form part of the campaign "Without education there is no future! 2012". The campaign aims to educate young people and the general public on the problems of access to learning and education.
Through the collection of donations, the campaign provides financial support to projects which work in the education sector.
The project proposed by Une Option de Plus consists of the awareness on the theme of disability and the integration of people with a special disability in classrooms. Part of the project is aimed at the national and international promotion of local initiatives of integration.
This project, the aim of which is to promote the knowledge and enhancement of the other, will include a task of reflection with the teaching teams of various associations which form part of our network, through awareness days and sporting and cultural events.

A major obstacle to development in Ecuador are social inequalities. For several years, the Cañar region in Ecuador has suffered from massive migration with several negative consequences, such as family destructuration, which accentuates the isolation and social breakdown in some populations and sometimes reinforce family violence and violence against women.
The beneficiaries of our projet, women, abandoned children and abandoned old people, live isolated because of the high rate of migration on this region. Some children are also living in risks conditions because of intra-familial violence

We will developped activities with children and women to promote cultural expression and to empowerment women for their inclussion in society. Moreover, thanks to intergenerational meetings, we will fight the decline of traditional cultural richness and develop the transmission of oral traditions, most of te times recovered by women. Threw new technologies trainings we will help to perpetuate this oral traditions and to connect the diaspora with this cultural richness.
Grace Label Co in South development we propose a project that will aim from side to encourage the expression of isolation and social marginalization of individuals affected by migration in Canar and Paris, proposing expressive activities, communication, and cultural creation as art therapy, creative writing and computer workshops. Through this project we will promote the resumption of contact Ecuadorian migrants in Paris with their home countries through cultural exchange.

- Art therapie will help women victims of violence, and abandoned kids to liberate and express theirselfs.
- Informatic trainee and ITC will connect women fighting agains violence in Ecuador with the diaspora engaged abroad for the same cause.
- Inter generational meetings will preservate oral traditions conserved most of the times by women. Jungs and women will spread the world and knowledge of old women living in this region.

Une Option de Plus/ One more Option approaches to the world the initiatives of Ecuadorian organisations that strive every day in the field to improve the daily lives of this country's inhabitants, developping, at their own level, actions in the fields of health, education and raising social and economic awareness.
In France we work sharing this initiatives with people working for developement and the civil society. Being close to migrants in Paris and to ecuadorian initiatives we thouht there was a lot to bee done to engage the diaspora in Ecuadors development and to fight against women violence.
In Cañar,Ecuador , two ONGs of the One More Option Network, coordinated by women : "Hogar para Todos NGO" (working with abandoned children) and·" Rosa Elvira de Leon" (working with abandoned old people) have start developping intergenerational activities. Now, women coordinating this activities think that a special work for women equity must be done.
