Describe Your Idea
INOVAÇÃO
Describe your idea in fewer than 50 words.
Mobilizing, registering, training people in rural communities in modern farming practices and organic farming standard and giving out seeds and seedlings to the mainly those who own land that they do not utilize as a factor of production due to inadequate or lack of resources and weak man power.
As a result, producers will have to sell to the project a specified percentage of the agricultural produce mainly food and 100% of other cash crops e.g cocoa and coffee produced organically.
What makes your idea unique?
Giving mobilized and registered farmer’s seeds and seedlings and later buying their produce and leaving an agreed percentage mainly food to them for consumption thus checking hunger and starvation in rural communities and building a strong man power for productivity.

Describe the primary problem(s) that your project is addressing.
No problems yet addressed but expect to address;
Hunger and starvation in rural communities. People in rural communities starve with hunger due to lack of resources, farm inputs and weak manpower to produce food so as to feed satisfactorily.
Malnutrition; people in rural communities feed poorly due to food shortage which is a result of lack of farm inputs and strong manpower to utilize the available land for food production and other income generating activities.
Weak manpower: this results due to hunger and starvation.
Unemployment. Unemployment exists in rural communities due to lack of finance to buy farm and agricultural inputs to utilize their land for economic activities.
Poor standards of living: since people in rural communities are unemployed or not engaged in any productive work, their standards of living are poor as they cannot afford life necessities and access good services.
Food theft: food theft exists as those who can’t produce still from those who produce.
Rural urban migration: Engaging people in rural communities in productive and income generating activities, rural urban migrations reduces as they not sell their land or abandon it to urban centers seeking for a better life.
Selling of land to move to urban centers for greener pastures that are non existent
Fair trade: I expect to trade fairly with the producers considering the aspect of transparency regarding the existing market prices.
