Describe your idea and explain why it is innovative
There is violence against women because they are dependent and they are not aware. WEP is a unique initiative where a school female dropout from the rural areas is provided the skills and employment to make her financially independent and exposed to the world for better awareness.It is innovative because we have associated with the largest corporates of the country to identify the skills and the employment guarantee. Based on the corporate requirement we will skill the women and provide them employment

Women, Girls, Society in general.
Describe the profile of the beneficiaries of this project
School Dropout girls and women of rural areas
What is your initiative’s implementation strategy?
We have identified agencies in rural areas like schools who have the data of such girls/ women who have dropped out of school but are willing to work and be trained. We are already in touch with the largest corporates in India for skills identification and employment guarantees. The Ministry of Rural development is also being roped in . The trainers for the program have been identified.
In your opinion, what are the main barriers or obstacles in connection with this theme?
The time taken in the corporate survey is 300 days and this is an unusually long time but it avoids skilling the women but no employment after that.

More skills and employment for women to make them seld-sufficient and financially independent, more awareness of their rights, awreness on importance of education
What is the main impact that your initiative might generate?
Gender violence is most in rural areas where there is more illiteracy and less awareness. By generating employment we are reducing chances of violence against women.
