On January 18, 2010 the judges reviewed the entries for the Changemakers Improved Nutrition: Solutions through Innovation competition and would like to pass on the following feedback (listed below) for your entry. Thank you for applying and for your hard work in the field. We are excited to archive your entry to serve as a leading solution for the worldwide community of innovators. We wish you continued luck with your innovative, sustainable, and socially impactful initiatives.

All the best, The Changemakers Team

“This initiative has quite a substantial amount of social impact. The fact that they’ve created 22 milk banks in 2008 is something I’ve never seen before. Additionally, I think part of the innovation here is that they’re branching into new countries and introducing this concept to countries that really need it.”

“While I don’t think this is a new concept, I think this initiative is significantly contributing to the field’s recent focus on breast feeding. This initiative is proving that it remains on the cutting edge of what it can provide to the community. Additionally, its potential impact on communities where HIV/AIDs is prevalent may provide opportunities for those infants to get the best care possible.”
