Cheers for the effort and the idea, it seems to be on a good path. I would recommend looking at other entries to benchmark the level of detail needed. Your idea is interesting indeed, but implementation appears to be a recurring problem for most organizations, I would focus on the 'how to' of your idea moving forward. Are there are any crops that are easier to disseminate? could this be a starting point? Is there a methodology that could easily be applied across different regions?
