Most governments forget or avoid the link between transport and affordable housing that serves the needs of low income people. Typically, housing programs that quantitative goals and it does not matter where the housing is developed. This collaboration among a large number of Mexican federal and local government agencies and private sector groups appears to have made a big difference in making an area of 70,000 people much more accessible and, therefore, a livable habitat. I voted for this project submission because of this widespread collaboration and impact.
