Elementree Connections (EC) will focus on matching individuals (candidates) with organisations (recruiters) based on their skills, values and interests. This online service will collect typical academic and employment information along with in-depth information on candidates e.g. what motivates them? who inspires them? what are their values and what impact do they want to have? Deeper questioning will ensure candidates and recruiters are effectively matched and overall ensure that customers ‘Live to work, not work to live’.
Sobre o Demanda:
We have some big aspirations, and the biggest of those are how to assist our young people in raising the funds they need to go on scientific research expeditions with Earthwatch Institute, especially when the average income of our young people's family is around £40 per month. They need to raise approximately £2500 each to cover the cost of the expedition, visa, vaccinations, passports, insurance, and flights.

Our membership includes hundreds of STEM students & professionals from across the United States. Our students (graduates & undergraduates) identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer -- and we also have many straight allies on board. There are currently over 20 active chapters at Colleges & Universities nationwide, including MIT, Penn State, U Pennsylvania, U Maryland, Ohio State , U Illinois, U Wisconsin (Madison & Milwaukee), U Michigan, Michigan Technological University, Western Michigan U, and UC Berkeley.
