Having worked for more than 27 yrs in the field of marketing & sales and with hands on experience in the areas of Microfinance / Microenterprise and rural development sectors, am keen to explore innovative approaches for helping the rural poor and especially women & youth to adopt small businesses and also get empowered. The focus to provide Capacity Building Training programmes in REDP / IT specific areas would provide an additional support for the people in need.

Am keen on Innovative Rural Initiatives that would help people to see a sustainable change in their lives. Apart from this , awareness on Healthcare areas such as communicable diseases, HIV/ AIDs or general issues or Education etc would be very much interesting.

I would like to focus on the vast rural development resources put for proper use and help women and youth to inprove their lives living in their villages or places. Brining change in their lives is key to success of any programme
