I am farmer, engineer, economist; I retired @ 49 in order to spend time with my father who was a soil conservationist, farmer and community leader. My father's example has taught me that change require patient, practical service. Right now, my primary interest is in helping microentrepreneurs; the world needs more entrepreneurs, particularly women entrepreneurs. New ventures need human capital and collaboration more than they need money.
I live on a heritage farm that has been in our family since the 1800s; our gives me an understanding what it is to become native to a place.
More entrepreneurs.
